Job summary

Dematic in Greenwood, IN is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 4 to troubleshoot and maintain Gen III sorters, active pick, and MDR conveyors. This senior technician will mentor junior staff, support 1st shift hours (Mon-Fri, 8 am–4 pm), and assist with training customers on equipment.

Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required. The base pay range is $33–$37.50 per hour, with final compensation based on location, education, experience, and skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities in MHE systems.
• Experience leading projects and onsite teams is required.
• Excellent communication with customers and leadership is expected.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of MHE equipment including belt tracking and components.
• Perform preventative maintenance routines and document procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits using test equipment and record labor hours.
