Econolite Group in Anaheim, CA seeks a Lead Assembly Technician to lead electro-mechanical assembly and testing of electronic products. You will manage scheduling, train staff, and ensure on-time production with high quality.

Requires 5+ years in electro-mechanical assembly and 2+ years as a lead or supervisor, with soldering experience. Base pay range is $25.00-$29.00 per hour plus benefits; duties include stand-up meetings, ISO awareness, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electro-mechanical product assembly and testing.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a production lead or supervisor.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience soldering micro-electronics.
• Dexterity with hand tools and soldering equipment; following work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train electro-mechanical assemblers and testers in building and testing electronics.
• Follow work instructions to perform assembly, testing/troubleshooting, burn-in, and packaging.
• Manage scheduling and workload; generate end-of-day production reports.
• Maintain high-quality production with urgency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and coordinate with Operations and Quality Control.
• Coordinate with repair/warranty personnel and participate in ISO audits.
• Provide feedback for performance reviews and drive team improvement.
