Dark Current Electric is seeking an experienced residential electrician for a project-based 1099 contractor role. You will diagnose electrical issues, install lighting, switches, receptacles, and EV chargers, while delivering high-quality workmanship.

This position offers the potential to transition into a full-time W-2 role as the company grows, with support including scheduling, materials, and branded shirts; you’ll work directly with homeowners and keep every jobsite clean.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting ability.

We’re looking for an experienced electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally with customers, and wants to help build a company that values craftsmanship over shortcuts.

This is a project-based 1099 contractor position with opportunities to transition into a full-time W-2 role as Dark Current Electric grows.
