Job summary

Hyp-tro Pro is seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to head electrical service calls, installations, repairs, and field operations. The role requires leadership of apprentices, adherence to codes, and strong client communication.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of field electrical experience, a Journeyman license (Master a plus), and the ability to read drawings and specs. This on-site position emphasizes safety, reliability, and professional representation of Hyp-tro Pro.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of electrical field experience.
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred; Master license beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and facility systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and propose practical repairs.
• Ability to read drawings, work orders, specs, and codes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass background checks for sensitive sites.
• Proven leadership, communication, organization, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in the field.
• Supervise apprentices and helpers; ensure safety and quality.
• Review project scopes and drawings before starting work.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients.
• Document field work with photos, notes, and reports.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and safety compliance.
• Represent Hyp-tro Pro professionally with customers.
