The ideal candidate is dependable, licensed, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of leading electrical work from service calls through full project completion.

Qualifications

• Active Master Electrician license in MD/DC/VA.
• Minimum 5 years electrical experience.
• Proficient reading drawings, specifications, work orders and codes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform, supervise, and certify electrical work per codes, permits and project specs.
• Review work orders, drawings, specs, and site conditions for quality control.
• Lead apprentices and coordinate with project teams and clients.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and ensure proper permit/inspection adherence.
• Identify issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project completion.
