Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical test engineering, power systems engineering, UPS systems, or related fields.
• Expertise in three-phase power systems, power quality analysis, and electrical metrology.
• Hands-on experience with test instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Ability to diagnose complex electrical problems and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of power quality disturbances, harmonics, THD, and grid interactions.
• Develop and implement measurement strategies and testing methodologies.
• Mentor engineers and technicians in advanced electrical testing techniques.
• Create automated reporting tools and standardized analysis templates.
• Support customer demonstrations and field issue investigations when needed.
• Leverage AI tools to improve engineering productivity and problem-solving.
