Qualifications

• Senior hands-on electrical test engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex PCBA and harness troubleshooting and rework.
• Build and validate test equipment for electrical testing.
• Design interface electronics and harnesses for test systems.
• Support production and test operations to ensure readiness.
• Lead improvements to make hardware easier to test, repair and sustain.
• Mentor technicians and engineers; establish strong workmanship practices; act as escalation point for electrical problems.
