Qualifications

• 8+ years of full cycle electronics hardware test or development experience in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with formal industry test standards such as RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-461/810.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automated test equipment systems for functional, environmental qualification, and manufacturing acceptance tests.
• Analyze test results to identify failure modes and drive improvements back into designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful testing campaigns.
