Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in hardware test engineering for aerospace or high-reliability electronics.
• Experience designing test fixtures and interface boards.
• Strong skills in Python, LabVIEW, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design test interface boards for board-level verification.
• Develop and execute test plans for EM and QM testing.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and debugging when failures occur.
