Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on electrical experience in aerospace or equivalent hardware environments.
• Proven benchtop testing, PCBA troubleshooting, and root-cause isolation experience.
• Ability to read, create, and review schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and test procedures.
• Experience designing and maintaining electrical test equipment and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Build, integrate, validate, maintain, and repair electrical test systems.
• Perform benchtop PCBA testing and advanced troubleshooting.
• Execute PCBA, cable, harness, and rework with inspection and verification.
• Design interface boards, PCBs, harnesses, and test fixtures.
• Select components and document pinouts, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
• Support checkout, calibration, maintenance, configuration control, and obsolescence issues.
• Mentor technicians and engineers and lead difficult builds.
