Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineering Technician in Tempe, AZ to assemble and wire electronic equipment into racks, fabricate cable harnesses, and perform cabinet wiring and troubleshooting under engineering guidance.

You will interpret wiring diagrams, build harnesses, ensure proper grounding and labeling, and maintain safety and quality in a hands-on, on-site role reporting to the Test Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of electrical technical support or related experience.
• Experience interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with assembling racks and wiring cabinets.

Responsibilities

• Assemble COTS electronic equipment into equipment racks per drawings.
• Perform point-to-point wiring inside cabinets following diagrams.
• Ensure proper connections, grounding and labeling.
• Build, route, and terminate cable harnesses.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow safety rules.
