Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace Engineering Test Services (ETS) seeks a Sr. Electrical Engineering Technician to assemble, wire, and troubleshoot electronic equipment in standardized racks. You will fabricate cable harnesses, route cables, and perform cabinet wiring while following drawings and standards.

This hands-on role requires strong technical ability, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with electronic assemblies in a production environment. Site is Tempe, AZ, in-person schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical technical support or related roles.
• Experience interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials.
• Skilled with crimping, soldering, cable routing, wire labeling, and use of standard electrical tools/meters.

Responsibilities

• Assemble COTS electronic equipment and instrumentation into equipment racks according to engineering drawings and standards.
• Perform point-to-point wiring inside electrical cabinets and enclosures following established wiring diagrams.
• Ensure proper electrical connections, continuity, grounding, and labeling according to standards.
• Build, route, and terminate cable harnesses.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and comply with all site safety, ESD, and tool-control rules.
