Job summary

MAGEE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician V to provide senior-level technical and planning support for avionics, wiring harnesses, and aircraft installation efforts. You will coordinate Wiring Shop schedules, travelers, parts, workload, fabrication, and installation to ensure work is accurate, on time, and within budget.

Your leadership and technical judgment will support repeatable electrical designs, efficient shop operations, and successful aircraft integration,

Qualifications

The candidate has 15+ years of experience performing the stated functions.
Must hold an active US SECRET Security Clearance.
Strong knowledge of electrical and avionics systems and harness fabrication.
Ability to manage schedules, travelers, workload, and fabrication tracking.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and update project schedules and travel/borrowing records for wiring fabrication and installation.
Balance shop capacity and prevent scheduling conflicts across prototype and production builds.
Track parts, routing, fabrication status, and installation progress from bench to aircraft integration.
Coordinate full-cycle wiring installation and monitor schedule, budget, and tooling constraints.
Analyze drawings and data to prepare technical assessments within airworthiness constraints.
Develop design concepts with engineers and drafters, defining tooling for fabrication.
Support quality inspection and configuration management per APSD/NAVAIR/SAE standards.
Lead complex tasks, mentor juniors, coordinate team efforts, and participate in planning meetings.
