Job summary

A leading fusion power company is seeking a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to integrate electrical subsystems into a reliable system. In this role, you'll design electrical harnesses and work hands-on in the lab to bring next-generation hardware to life. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in integration and a strong background in harness design. This full-time position is based onsite in Everett, WA, offering a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, 31 days of PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electrical system integration, test, or design engineering.
• Experience writing, maintaining, and enforcing system-level requirements and ICDs.
• Strong documentation discipline and ability to manage supplier deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration of electrical components and subsystems into full systems.
• Define, maintain, and enforce system-level requirements and interface control documents.
• Lead the design, documentation, and validation of electrical harnesses.
