Loft Federal is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer to lead electrical design for multiple satellite missions. You will collaborate with business development, program management, and customers to shape multi-payload architectures, conduct system trades, and ensure verification aligns with mission goals.
Candidates should have 5+ years in spacecraft electrical architectures, be a U.S. citizen, and hold or be eligible for TS/SCI.

As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will work with business development and program management teams to shape multiple satellite missions simultaneously, each with a unique multi‑payload configuration. Your responsibilities will span program management, systems engineering, discipline engineering, and AI&T, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly across teams, drive innovation, and deliver impactful solutions in the evolving space industry.
Per Colorado law, we are required to disclose the base compensation range for this role: $131,750 – $178,250 USD. Compensation will be determined by education, experience, skills, and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a benefits package and work in a transparent, collaborative culture.
