Qualifications

High School Diploma and 10 years of experience with 4 years in a craft management role.
Nice to have experience with Ingalls cost structure and work order (bill) process and experience with planning, controlling and execution of outfitting schedule.
Masters Degree and experience with IFS, cost and schedule accountability, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience and job knowledge.
Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity and assists in development of training procedures.
Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing and process operations with significant financial impact; supervises electrical staff and monitors budget performance.
