Job summary
RANDALL is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects in Orlando and Central Florida. You will supervise Foremen and crews, manage workforce planning, and coordinate with Project Managers, GCs, and owners to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.
The role requires extensive NEC knowledge, strong leadership, and a proven track record managing large teams on complex electrical projects.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish required or highly preferred.
- Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent experience.
- 12–15+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
- 5+ years in leadership roles such as Superintendent or General Foreman.
- Experience with large-scale projects (10M+ scope) and oversee 40+ crews.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for electrical field operations on one or more projects.
- Supervise Foremen, Lead Electricians, and field personnel.
- Develop workforce plans and labor strategies to meet schedules.
- Review drawings, specs, schedules, and budgets for field execution.
- Lead startup, site logistics, mobilization, and sequencing efforts.
- Monitor safety, productivity, quality, and compliance with NEC and codes.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Conduct project coordination meetings with owners, GC, and inspectors.
