Job summary

RANDALL Construction's Electrical Division seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects across Orlando and Central Florida. The role oversees Foremen, Lead Electricians, and field crews, driving safety, productivity, and quality from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 12–15+ years in commercial electrical construction, 5+ years in leadership, and a Journeyman Electrician License with OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent verifiable experience.
• 12–15+ years of commercial electrical construction experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience overseeing large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Oversight of large electrical crews (40+).
• Strong NEC knowledge and experience with building codes.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage field execution.
• Experience with construction management software and mobile tools.
• OSHA 30 certification; OSHA 500/NCCER preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for electrical field operations on one or more projects.
• Supervise Electrical Foremen, Lead Electricians, and field personnel.
• Develop workforce plans and labor strategies to support schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations leadership on goals and plans.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, budgets, and contracts for field execution.
• Lead startup activities, site logistics, and workforce mobilization.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure NEC compliance and adherence to safety standards.
• Lead coordination meetings with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and vendors.
• Mentor and develop Foremen and future field leaders.
