Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 1 year; six years experience without PE or four with PE.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety codes for power substations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Determine substation scope of work and develop options within the scope docs.
• Support scope development using engineering standards and GIS data.
• Lead authorship of conceptual engineering reports with cross-discipline input.
• Collaborate to resolve complex technical issues and evaluate alternatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on projects.
• Manage multiple projects with schedules and deliverables.
• Maintain NERC/CIP qualifications for substation access.
• Lead DTV program initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with regional teams to advance DTV objectives.
