The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance. A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $165,000 per year is offered based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or product certification.
• Direct experience with UL and/or other NRTLs on product certifications.
• Experience supporting engineering or R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret codes and standards for IEM’s electrical distribution products.
• Guide teams on compliance pathways and certification strategies.
• Interface with external certification bodies.
