Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• More than 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• More than 3 years of experience in inspection.
• More than 3 years of experience with ESD, IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards.
• More than 3 years of experience reading engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• More than 1 year of experience using basic Microsoft Office.
• Capable of lifting 20lbs or more on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets engineering drawings, models, specifications and performs inspections.
• Performs detailed receiving inspections of electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and subassemblies.
• Reviews documentation requirements such as Certificate of Conformance, test, process, material, dimensional, and First Article Inspection reports.
• Accurately documents inspection results and flags non-conformances, coordinating with quality and engineering teams.
• Drives resolution of nonconforming material with timely MRB actions and cross-team coordination.
• Accurately processes inspection results and material transactions in the ERP system.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assists in training of quality and production personnel to ensure compliance with quality standards.
