Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Quality Control Field Manager to lead commissioning services, coordinate the commissioning plan, and conduct on-site quality audits at our Jackson, MS projects. The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and process improvement across job sites.

The candidate will perform site coaching, develop QA/QC schedules, and collaborate with project leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes while adhering to Faith Technologies' culture and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 10+ years of field experience including at least 5 years as a project superintendent.
• Journeyman's or Master's License required.
• Willingness to travel 75%.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Quality inspections to ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes, best practices, installation standards and other applicable processes are used effectively and safely.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to develop and refine job site quality processes.
• Provides valid statistical information and analyses to the Commissioning Manager on job site quality.
• Guides field employees, project supervisors, and management on job site quality matters.
• Coaches and develops employees on audits and addressing crises on jobsites.
• Reviews project expectations with leadership and suggests corrective actions to project managers and teams.
• Plans for, completes, and implements assignments in a timely manner.
• Aligns with company culture and professional standards; communicates openly.
• Develops relationships with leaders and team members to foster trust and dialogue.
