Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. near Smithville, MO, seeks an experienced electrical construction project manager with strong business development and design engineering skills to lead scope, estimates, planning, and scheduling for complex projects.

The role requires a four-year degree (construction management or related) and a track record of 5+ years electrical project management, with the ability to mentor staff, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time and within safety standards.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction management or related field or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Minimum of ten (10) years construction project management, estimating, and/or craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.
• Minimum of five (5) years electrical construction project management.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, technology, equipment, methods, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required to complete project(s).
• Prepare complete estimate for selected project with detailed review of specifications, drawings, takeoff information, and contracting.
• Supervise total construction efforts to ensure project conforms to design, codes, budget and schedule.
