Job summary

Fortune Electrical Construction seeks a seasoned Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize electrical construction projects in Tallahassee or Fort Myers regions. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management and at least five years of PM experience on $1M+ projects, with proficiency in Procore, MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in electrical contracting (>$1M projects).
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices, codes, and standards.
• Proficient in project management software and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize electrical construction projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee budgets, change orders, and project financials; report to leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams; manage risk and Change Orders.
• Maintain safety compliance, documents, and client communications throughout.
