Job summary

Cerris Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Omaha, NE to lead project teams through the full lifecycle of electrical and construction projects. You will oversee staff, contracts, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, safety, and client communications to ensure projects meet contract requirements and deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills with a focus on safety and compliance on site. Local travel to job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and subcontractors.
• Experience in construction project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Lead a staff, coordinate contract documents and subcontractor performance.
• Manage budgets, costs, schedules, and safety compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and promote future business development.
• Ensure projects are completed per contract documents and schedule.
• Provide project reporting and invoicing as required.
