Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with field leadership to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years in electrical construction PM, strong client relations, and proficiency with Procore,

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large multifamily electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior project management staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff.
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, material deliveries, and project documentation.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, owners, and design teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project success.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, job cost projections, billings, and project forecasts.
• Promote compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Garden-style, podium, mid-rise, high-rise, mixed-use, student housing, or luxury multifamily developments.


• Experience managing projects valued in the multi-million-dollar range.


• Familiarity with BIM coordination, prefabrication, and modern construction technologies.


• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
