Role Overview

We seek a Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and resource coordination for electrical construction projects. The role reports to the Director of Operations and involves mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-construction planning, including reviewing project documents, establishing targets, and overseeing project setup.
2. Cost management, including monitoring budgets, managing change orders, and supporting billing processes.
3. Project management activities such as procuring resources, maintaining communication, and coordinating schedules.
4. Managing project documentation like RFIs, specs, and change orders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and the National Electric Code.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Additional Requirements

• Work hours: 45-50 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 4:00 pm.
• Support safety culture, business development, and other duties as assigned.

• Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 + sign-on bonus.
