Qualifications

• 6+ years of electrical project management on large public/private projects.
• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or construction/related field (field experience accepted).
• Estimating experience with Accubid is a plus; PMP or equivalent is beneficial.
• DBIA accreditation is preferred and mentoring of engineers is expected.
• Experience with design-build delivery is valued; strong communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and performance standards in line with policies.
• Lead construction and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Engage in contract negotiations; manage change orders and claims.
• Administer contracts, budgets, and progress reporting.
• Develop relationships with internal teams and clients to build credibility.
• Provide regular project updates, milestones, and risk notes to clients.
• Oversee project budgets to meet financial objectives and cost savings.
• Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes and correspondence.
• Demonstrate strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
