Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex electrical construction projects from award through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, procurement, and client relationships while collaborating with leadership and field teams.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a pay range of $95,000–$140,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical project management or foreman experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial electrical projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, labor productivity, and profitability.
• Review contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare, negotiate, and track change orders.
• Coordinate material procurement and equipment deliveries.
• Lead project kickoff and progress meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, owners, vendors, and inspectors.
• Support field foremen with timely information and resources.
• Review project billings, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards.
• Manage project closeout including punch lists and final billing.
