Job summary

Tiello LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale data center from planning through completion at the company’s Michigan headquarters. You will own the project’s financials, oversee budgets and schedules, and manage the project team with senior leadership oversight.

The role requires 5+ years in project management with data center experience, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to work full-time in the office. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience; 5–10 years preferred for senior level.
• Data center project experience required.
• Proven experience owning project financials, including P&L tracking and reporting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Data Center

Location: Company Headquarters (Michigan, ~20-30 minutes from South Lyon, MI)

Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000 (based on experience)

Tiello is currently partnered with a growing electrical construction company leading a large-scale data center build project. They are looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager immediately to help lead this flagship data center project from the ground up, working out of company headquarters.

Role Summary

The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of a large-scale data center project, overseeing schedule, budget, and full financial performance from planning through completion. This role carries significant financial responsibility, including tracking and reporting on project profit and loss, and requires strong senior-level leadership as the project team builds out.

• Track and report on project productivity, budgets, and schedules
• Oversee and support project managers working beneath the senior level
• Utilize Bluebeam and Procore for day-to-day project management

Qualifications / Requirements

• Data center project experience required
• Proven experience owning project financials, including P&L tracking and reporting
• Experience with Bluebeam and Procore
• Exposure to prefabrication construction methods a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to work full-time, in-office at company headquarters
• Available to start immediately
