Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team to manage the construction of large-scale data centers.
2. Oversee project management, estimating, billing, collections, and team development.
3. Develop project scope, establish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
4. Work directly with vendors, clients, staff, and subcontractors to ensure timeliness and satisfaction.
5. Manage RFPs and change management forms.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of Electrical Project Management for large-scale, complex IT/telecommunications infrastructure projects, including data center installations.
• Experience with data center electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-out.
• Experience with retrofits in operational facilities.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a combination of certifications.
• Mission critical project experience.
• PMP or PMI-Scheduling Professional (SP) certification.
