Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum ten (10) years of construction industry experience.
• Field Engineer experience preferred.
• Electrical contractor experience is a plus.
• Traffic / Street Lighting experience is a plus.
• Must understand contracting fundamentals for large-scale projects.
• Must be organized with ability to manage a system or discipline.
• Must apply innovative management techniques to maximize performance.
• Solid understanding of corporate and industry practices and standards.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be business-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Track, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and, if applicable, claims.
• Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing labor costs and completing quarterly profit project records.
• Manage the preparation and execution of the Project closeout process.
• Research and propose solutions to quality control issues.
• Verify that all completed work complies with applicable codes, drawings and specifications.
• Provide support to the project leadership as needed.
