Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Project Engineer-Industrial to design electrical systems for industrial/manufacturing facilities. You will lead multi-discipline projects, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes progressing scope from conceptual to detailed design, and supporting client presentations and proposals. A PE license and extensive experience in industrial environments are required.

Qualifications

• BS EE or equivalent degree required.
• 10+ years in consulting engineering for process/manufacturing/industrial facilities.
• Ability to develop scope of work, conceptual and detailed designs.
• Lead engineer duties on multi-discipline projects.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineer on multi-discipline projects.
• Design electrical systems for industrial facilities.
• Support proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor less experienced staff.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Review shop drawings and assist in contract administration.
