The role is a senior technical lead for planning, design, and execution of electrical building systems projects, combining advanced design with leadership, client coordination, and mentorship to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will interface with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams, manage project priorities, and guide junior staff while contributing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in electrical design for building systems.
• PE license required; strong knowledge of codes and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design for building projects including power, lighting, controls, and related systems.
• Own discipline deliverables from schematic design through construction.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and project priorities with PMs.
