Responsibilities

• Lead electrical building systems design from initial design through construction documents.

• Revit coordination and clash resolution with multi-discipline design teams.
• Own the electrical portion of projects, including hours, budgets, scope, and delivery.
• Client/architect/utility liaison, submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits and field reports.

In this role, you will design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, grounding and emergency power systems, run calculations, coordinate Revit models, manage scope/budgets, and interface directly with architects, clients and utilities, while taking ownership of the electrical scope and supporting junior staff.

This role would suit a Senior Electrical Engineer from a building services/HVAC project background looking for long-term development, increased responsibility, and a clear pathway to progress within a growing business.

The Role:
