Job summary

TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer - Healthcare in Milwaukee, WI. This hybrid role requires two days per week in-office and offers a clear career path with in-house coordination across disciplines.

You will lead projects from concept through construction, interfacing with clients and guiding the project team to deliver technically excellent outcomes while balancing schedule and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years in the architectural engineering consulting environment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Electrical discipline expertise.
• Knowledge of construction costs and life cycle analysis.
• Experience managing moderate to complex projects and/or as secondary contact on larger projects.
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline.
• Demonstrated success in technical/formal communication with clients and staff.
• Proven ability to represent the electrical discipline at meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to completion, coordinating with in-house multidiscipline teams.
• Interface with clients to provide technical excellence and project updates.
• Manage project team, schedule, and budget to achieve successful outcomes.
• Contribute to project documentation and quality controls.
