TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer - Healthcare in Milwaukee, WI. This hybrid role requires two days per week in-office and offers a clear career path with in-house coordination across disciplines.

You will lead projects from concept through construction, interfacing with clients and guiding the project team to deliver technically excellent outcomes while balancing schedule and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years in the architectural engineering consulting environment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Electrical discipline expertise.
• Knowledge of construction costs and life cycle analysis.
• Experience managing moderate to complex projects and/or as secondary contact on larger projects.
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline.
• Demonstrated success in technical/formal communication with clients and staff.
• Proven ability to represent the electrical discipline at meetings.

Responsibilities

The Electrical Project Engineer is responsible for all sizes and types of projects from concept to completion of construction with the benefit of in-house coordination with multiple other disciplines. You will lead the project in all facets by interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to achieve a successful project outcome. TLC provides a defined career path and training at all levels.
