Prism Electric, Inc. is a leading open-shop electrical contractor serving Texas and Oklahoma, headquartered in Garland. The Company seeks a seasoned leader to manage Project Directors and craft high-impact project delivery across commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

You will guide staffing, budgets, and standards, collaborating with executives to drive safety, quality, and on-time project completion. Prism values accountability and a Winning Attitude.

Qualifications

• Proven people management, process management and performance management skills.
• Knowledge of financial software, accounting practices, change order pricing, and billings.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling abilities.

Responsabilités

• Directly report to the EVP of Construction Management and lead weekly project reviews.
• Oversee Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Engineers and office staffing.
• Attend handoff and review meetings for projects in your group.
• Organize weekly staff meetings and distribute minutes.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and standards with the EVP.
• Review and ensure accurate CTCs and procurement activities per Prism standards.
• Oversee the estimating process and subcontracts for new projects.
• Review change orders and ensure compliance with Prism terms and conditions.
• Manage major purchases and vendor/supplier exceptions for project groups.
• Coach and train Project Managers/Engineers on Prism policies and procedures.
• Evaluate staffing methods, workload and budgets for productivity.
• Coordinate with BIM Department and ensure timely notifications on schedule impacts.
• Perform evaluations of project management staffing and PTO approvals.
