Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional electrical design or engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years of direct shipyard, marine, naval, or shipboard electrical design experience.
• Experience supporting ship production or new-construction vessel programs.
• Experience performing technical checking, peer review, quality assurance, or equivalent design verification activities.

Responsibilities

• Independently review electrical production drawings for technical accuracy and completeness.
• Verify dimensions, locations, tags, references, notes, symbols, and applicable design information.
• Ensure consistency between drawings, models, and engineering documentation.
• Review design changes and revisions for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate constructability and potential installation conflicts before production.
