Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer – Power Systems with 10+ years of electrical design, project management, and technical leadership to guide complex power projects across commercial, manufacturing, institutional, and government sectors.

You will lead electrical power distribution and building systems design, manage budgets and teams, supervise drawings and specifications, collaborate with clients and contractors, mentor engineers, and contribute to proposals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Strong background in power systems and electrical infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SKM, ETAP, or similar software.
• Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, and applicable electrical codes.
• Demonstrated project management and team leadership experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical power distribution and building systems design.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and engineering teams.
• Oversee technical drawings, specifications, and code assignments.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and engineering disciplines.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
