Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will manage $50M+ projects, overseeing estimating, planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and closeout with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing electrical construction projects valued at $50M+ from start to finish.
• Experience in large commercial, industrial, healthcare, data center, mission-critical, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from planning through turnover to client.
• Lead project teams including engineers, PMs, superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and contract-compliant.
• Coordinate with owners, GC, engineers, architects, and stakeholders throughout lifecycle.
• Oversee change orders, procurement, and risk mitigation.
