Job summary
Google is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer for its New Technology Introduction process within the Physical Infrastructure Engineering team. You will lead the development and scaling of PCBA manufacturing and materials technologies to enable Google's hardware roadmap for data center products.
You will work cross-functionally to influence technology direction, readiness of the supply chain, and adoption of novel manufacturing and test approaches in production environments, impacting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 6 years in semiconductor process development.
- 3 years in electrical engineering leadership.
- Experience with Surface Mount Technology and process engineering.
- Experience in process improvement and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design engineering on NPI roadmaps and manufacturing partners.
- Lead manufacturing process development and validation for new technologies.
- Develop and deliver manufacturing documentation for New Product Introduction.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and DFx.
- Coordinate with partners to achieve build readiness and timely NPI launches.
