Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems to high uptime.
• Lead junior technicians and oversee electrical contractors.
• Analyze requirements and recommend system modifications.
• Install new units and parts per specs and safety guidelines.
• Perform preventive maintenance with test equipment and log in CMMS.
• Train staff on electrical equipment operation.
