We are working with an emerging spacecraft company seeking an Electrical / Magnetics Engineer to support advanced satellite programs focused on high-reliability mission performance and magnetic cleanliness. This is a highly hands‑on role spanning electrical integration, avionics testing, EMI/EMC planning, and magnetic control system development.

Responsibilities

• Lead magnetic cleanliness and magnetic control planning for spacecraft systems.
• Support EMI/EMC analysis, environmental testing, and grounding strategies.
• Design and integrate electrical subsystems, PCBs, and harnessing.
• Develop avionics testbeds and flatsat emulators.
• Perform spacecraft electrical integration and troubleshooting.
• Support subsystem testing and verification activities.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary spacecraft engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of electrical engineering experience in aerospace or spacecraft systems.
• Strong background in magnetics, EMI/EMC, and spacecraft avionics.
• Experience with PCB debugging, oscilloscopes, and electrical test equipment.
• Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium, KiCad, or Eagle.
• Hands‑on spacecraft hardware integration experience preferred.
• Familiarity with NASA GEVS standards.
