Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience supervising a team of electrical engineers.
• Experience with power distribution, transmission lines and substations.
• Experience with high voltage.
• Knowledge of discipline design standards, codes and safety criteria.
• Experience evaluating work by internal teams and contractors to ensure alignment with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience ensuring discipline engineering work aligns with team goals and procedures.
