Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the commercial/industrial electrical field.
• License/Certification: Licensed Journeyman, Master, or Inspector (or other applicable).
• Ability to obtain a CMAA certificate within one year.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect ongoing electrical work to ensure compliance with plans.
• Oversee construction record‑keeping activities and prepare daily reports.
• Provide information regarding change orders and extra work.
