Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an Electrical Field Test Technician to join our Electrical Power Services team. You will be responsible for the safe installation and testing of electrical power distribution equipment in the assigned territory, working independently or with a crew.

Level 3/IV Technicians will coach, mentor, train, and supervise Level 1 and 2 Trainees while handling routine to complex tasks and documenting test data and field service reports.

Qualifications

• NETA 3 or equivalent experience required.
• Safe and efficient installation and testing of electrical power distribution equipment.
• Ability to coach and mentor Level 1/2 trainees.

Responsibilities

• Perform field installation and testing of electrical power distribution equipment in assigned territory.
• Record test data and prepare field service reports.
• Provide coaching and supervision to junior technicians as needed.
