Job summary

ITC Defense in Fort Greely, Alaska seeks an Electrical Facilities Engineer to lead planning, design, and sustainment of mission-critical facilities in support of defense programs. The role includes managing real property and equipment acquisition, construction oversight, and cost estimating.

Travel up to 10% CONUS/OCONUS; must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain a secret clearance. On-site work with telework situational authorization. Competitive benefits and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical facility engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility planning, design, real property and equipment acquisition, construction management, and cost estimating.
• Support facility engineering designs and on-site systems integration for building s.
• Develop POAM documents by analyzing tasks and defining electrical scope.
• Prepare engineering briefings, information papers, and reports for facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams and approvals.
• Provide on-site construction management support and interface with contractors.
