Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of electrical field experience in utility, substation, distribution or transmission construction.
• Progressive and successful cost estimating experience in substation and high-voltage projects.
• Ability to provide constructability and cost estimates for projects lacking detailed design.

Responsibilities

• Develop capital cost estimates for utility and transportation projects.
• Review contractor proposals and validate change orders.
• Interface with clients to present estimates.
