HomePro, based in Texas, seeks a Senior Electrical Estimator to prepare accurate bids for residential and light‑commercial projects. You will perform plan takeoffs, analyze drawings, and develop cost models to support competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of electrical estimating experience in residential or similar markets.
• Strong NEC knowledge and ability to read plans and specs.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel for cost models.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for residential and light-commercial projects, including all costs.
• Perform takeoffs from plans and specs using digital tools and manual methods.
• Analyze drawings and site conditions to identify scope and risks.
• Develop cost models and unit pricing to support bids.
• Collaborate with project teams to validate estimates and clarify scope.
• Maintain price databases and bid files; prepare proposal documents.
